The Technical Program is being held 2-3 October 2012; followed by two days of Tutorials on 4 and 5 October 2012.
To register online you can click on the 'REGISTRATIONS OPEN' button. You will then be directed to a secure online registration and payment site (for all credit card transactions) put into place by SAGE-AU for your convenience.

Group, student and pensioner registrations need to be completed using the manual registration form.
The completed manual Registration Form should be either faxed or scanned and emailed to the Conference Secretariat with details of your payment.
A copy of the Registration Brochure that contains all the conference details plus a registration form can be downloaded by clicking onto Conference Brochure.
You may pre-register for the Conference until 5.00pm (AEST) on 28 September 2012. Any registrations submitted after that date will not be processed until commencement of the conference.
Onsite registration commences 8.00am on 2 October 2012.
Register by (and inc) 3 August 2012 to receive the Early Bird rate that will save you almost 15% off the Standard Registration fee for both the Training and Technical programs. The Standard Registration rate commences on 4 August 2012. All prices are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive. Group rates apply if five (5) or more employees from the same organisation register and pay at the same time. The Registration fee discount applies for the Training and Technical Programs. This discount does not apply to the Trivia Night, additional Networking Drinks or Conference Dinner tickets.
A limited number of student discounts are also available for full time students and pensioners (10% off technical program and training session registration fees only) and subject to confirmation of status on booking.
A conference satchel is provided to all conference delegates. The conference polo shirt is provided to those attending the Technical program. However both can only be guaranteed for those people registering prior to the Early Bird rate deadline (3 August 2012).
Technical Program Registration Fee (Tuesday and Wednesday) include attendance at all sessions, morning and afternoon tea, lunch on both days of the Technical Program, one ticket to the Conference Dinner and a copy of the proceedings (if available). A conference satchel and a conference polo shirt are provided.
Training Program Registration Fee (Thursday and Friday) include attendance at your pre-selected sessions and your session notes. Morning and afternoon tea is also included. Lunch is provided only for those who have registered for a full day of training sessions.
All attendees are entitled to attend the Networking Drinks being held on Monday 1 October from 5.00-6.00pm.
All accepted speakers of either the Training or Technical Program receive a complimentary registration to the two Technical Program days (including a ticket to the Networking Drinks and Conference Dinner).

All registrations will be confirmed. If you do not receive your confirmation within one week of submitting your registration, please contact the immediately. If you have not received a confirmation, you are probably not registered.
Cancellations received in writing prior to 7 September 2012 will forfeit 50% of the registration fees paid unless a substitution is made.
No refunds will be provided after 7 September 2012, however substitutions will be accepted. Substitutes must be another member otherwise the difference between member and non-member fees will be charged. This may be waived upon presentation of a doctor’s certificate or similar.
